    Goals / Remit

    ESTA represent the interests of the National Steel Pipe Association and consequently of nearly all producers of steel pipes in the EU. ESTA mission is:
    1. to obtain and disseminate information on matters considered of interest within the Industry ;
    2. to promote the efficiency of and the exercise of enterprise and initiative by the Industry ;
    3. to promote the interests of the EU industry in the international market ;
    4. to represent the Industry on all matters linked with the Customs Regulations, and to act on its behalf in any event of unfair trade ;
    5. to keep the European Commission advised of the needs of the Industry ;
    6. to respond, on behalf of the members, to any question from the EU Commission on matters of general interest to the Industry ;
    7. and generally to represent the Industry in any and all contacts with the EU Commission.
